Our inspectors must successfully complete 300 hours of training through American Home Inspectors Training Institute and pass all eight of their tests with a score of 90% or better. Then they must also pass the State of Tennessee licensing test with a score of at least 600, where the state passing score is 500. They must then perform multiple inspections under supervision to ensure they meet our high standards of competency. All of this is to ensure you, our client, receive the best possible service.
